Course Description Theories and practice of program planning for extension, agricultural education, and other contexts for nonformal education. Considers critical theories of planning to address power and interests in program development, needs assessment, and evaluation. The course also features the Program Logic Model, which is used for reporting and evaluation in the Extension system, other USDA programs, and for grant writing.
