COURSE TITLE:  Applied Agricultural Meteorology 
COURSE:  Agronomy 541 
COURSE DESCRIPTION:  Available off campus.  Applied concepts in agricultural meteorology.  Basic concepts of weather and of crop/climate relationships influencing production, protection, yield and associated production risk factors.  Credit for only one of 503 or 541 may be applied toward graduation, not both.  Self study sections are available to resident and to distant education students all semesters. 
PREREQUISITES:  Agron 206 or upper division Biological Science
CREDITS:  2 non-major graduate or 2 graduate credits
COMPUTER REQUIREMENT:  CD-ROM is required as course includes CD learning modules; access to the Internet and e-mail are desirable. See College of Agriculture Computer Requirements
