COURSE DESCRIPTION:  Multidisciplinary food safety and security perspectives provided by numerous subject matter experts. Topics include food safety policy, ag bio-terrorism, border security, animal identification, food defense, site security, risk analysis, crisis communication, epidemiology, HACCP, and more.
