Prerequisites Agron 501 (Crop Growth and Development) and 502 (Chemistry, Physics, and Biology of Soils and 503 (Climate and Crop Growth) Recommended Prerequisites: Agron 511 (Crop Improvement), 512 (Soil-Plant Environment) and 513 (Quantitative Methods for Agronomy)
Course Description Practical field and laboratory experience integrating coursework in climatology, crops, and soils. Workshop includes lectures, labs, and local agri-business tours. Restricted to graduate students admitted to specific programs at Iowa State University. Enrollment priority given to M.S. Agronomy Degree students.
