Prerequisites None.
Course Description Exploration of political implications of coastal policy. Issues include: "Carrying capacity", zoning, regulation of human development activities, tradeoffs between conservation and jobs, the quality of coastal lifestyle, and ways in which citizens participate in policy for coastal areas.
